Pender Space Planning

Before demolition and renovation could begin on the long-term home of the community college's admin within the future Brault Building, the existing staff needed a place to land and remain operational. The Northern Virginia Community College flipped and leased nearby office space in order to house multiple departments worth of people and equipment during this transition period. The design team was hired for the surveying and re-design of the interior space.
