Clubhouse Renovation

Reviving a dilapidated clubhouse into a HQ for a good-hearted organization on a mission.

More than just a renovation. A chance at a fresh start for a socially conscious organization whose mission is to teach valuable lessons to youth. The client funded the renovation and expansion of an existing clubhouse on a well-known, but abandoned, golf course. Beyond a singular building, the client had visions of an site full filled with native vegetation, educational facilities, social gatherings, and more.
