Primed by the 7 Generations team from Michigan, the designs for this new community of 2-bedroom, energy-efficient, single-family housing development puts waterfront views close and neighbors closer. At the core of the site development lies porches, shared lawns, and a walking path to an open-air gazebo and fire pit.
